March 2018 Planning Committee update

The following decisions were made at this month’s meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee, held on Wednesday 7 March at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne:

  1. Development of AgriTech technology park on land to the east of the A1301, south of the A505 near Hinxton and west of the A1301, north of the A505 near Whittlesford

    Decision: Refused

  2. 13 new homes on land north of Linton Road, Great Abington.

  3. Construction of affordable rural exception scheme made up of 14 homes along with access, car parking, landscaping and works on land west of Balsham Road, Fulbourn
